Here I learned all the back end permitting that is required to get a project going and the upfront financing required on the developers end to get the needed money for projects of this nature.
What I did:
Here I created a ninety-six page construction document package under the supervision of Johnson Roy Architects for a five story hotel.
I also used 3D computer modeling for preliminary volume and area studies on possible land acquisition opportunities.
During this time I coordinated with brand lead design team, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil and structural engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, kitchen designers, and City Officials, while managing cad and illustration drawings.
